Swim Strokes Master Class with Nick Gillingham MBE
Cost: £80.00

This course will interest swimming teaching assistants and teachers who would like to learn additional skills for faults and corrections and learn new skills for other technical aspects of swimming.  The course will also be of interest to coaches who want to further develop their techniques.

Art of Swimming – Swim technique courses, breaststroke, butterfly, starts & turns.

Swim Clinics – Front-crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, start turns & finishes.

Master Class – Practical & theory – swim technique, starts turns finishes, stroke analysis, race analysis, mental skills, planning-4-success, preparing for competition.

Themed Presentation Talks – Mental skills, handling pressure, basic sports nutrition, seasonal planning, competition planning, goal setting, motivation, preparing for competition, drugs & fair play.

Swimming INSET – School PE Staff (teaching aquatics, coaching swimming).

One2One – bespoke swim sessions tailored to the individual swimmers requirements with analysis and video diary.
